Staging: Why Stage? Is it just a fad?

Shows on HGTV and the likes have made home staging more popular but staging is nothing new. It’s an effective marketing tool that has statistically proven results.

You only have one chance to make that all important first impression. This is true for buyers as well as agents. If an agent brings a buyer to your property and isn’t impressed, the agent wont be bringing any others back.

A staged home makes for great pictures on the internet. This is where you truly area making your first impression. 92% of buyers use the internet when searching for a home. If your home fits the price range and location, the next thing they are going to want to see are pictures. If your pictures aren’t appealing, you risk losing buyers. Make sure you get on the list of potential purchases.

Remember, you only get one chance to make a first impression, whether its on-line, or in person, you have mere seconds to make buyers STOP and take notice.

Staging works!
